VALENTINE'S DAY

You need some dinner ideas for Valentine's Day?  Here a few restaurants to consider:

FINE DINING
-  Marcella's is a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, which the food is considered a 4.6
out of a 5 point rating. They also have some gluten free too. They are having
   special menus for Valentine's Day.

-  Columbus Fish Market is also a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, which is also
very popular.  They have a variety of fish entrees to choose from but also
have chicken and steak entrees. The price range is $16-$30 but certain
fish dinners (fresh fish of the day- market price).

CASUAL DINING
-   Olive Garden is an Italian Restaurant with very good food. Most entrees range
from $10-$20. The dinners are very, very generous portions so you might need
to get a box to take some home. The portions can't be matched by most rest-
     aurants.

-    Applebee's serves all types of foods and is very good. Start with an appetizer such as
the spinach and artichoke dip, which is awesome!! They have delicious salads, mouth-
watering burgers, sandwiches and entrees Price range is $11-$30 and one deal is the
2 for $20. End your dining experience with a decadent dessert.

HAWAIIAN KIELBASA

This appetizer is a crowd pleaser, which would be great for Superbowl Sunday.
It is quick, easy and you make it in a slow cooker. You can be doing other things
to get ready for your party all while smelling the wonderful aroma.

15 - 1/4 oz. can of crushed pineapple
18 oz. bottle barbecue sauce
1 T ground ginger
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low about 2 hours, until warmed
through, or on high setting for 30 minutes.
Makes 10 to 15 servings
